Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, and unable to cope.
Maybe you are interested in talking to someone to explore where you are in your life or why you react as you do.
I would be happy to meet you and talk. This could be for just a few weekly sessions to look at a specific area of difficulty. Or we might meet for a few months or on a longer term basis to gain a deeper understanding of you and your own situation.
