My counselling clients usually attend once a week, at the same time and day each week. I currently offer sessions online, rather than face to face, so we will talk and listen over Zoom for  an hour. There is no set agenda. Sometimes neither of us will say anything for a while. At other times there may be a lot to talk about.

The first time we meet it will be a little different from subsequent sessions. We will use the time to get to know each other, and to decide whether we can work together in your interests. There will be some administrative details to agree and some paperwork to complete.

My fees are £45 per 60 minute session. Payment is by bank transfer or PayPal at the moment.

I will normally charge you for the session if you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
